Program Overview
Recovery Support Navigators (RSNs) are paraprofessionals who partner with individuals, clinicians, medical staff, and other organizations to provide outreach, case management, and support in navigating various systems of care.
Our RSNs work with people diagnosed with substance use disorder and/or co-occurring disorders to address the barriers to successful recovery. They help by providing resources, coordinating care, and facilitating a wide range of services in order to provide as much support as possible.
Our RSNs use their understanding of our communities and treatment systems to create individualized service plans that assist in achieving every person’s recovery goals.

Our services are designed to meet individual needs, and we welcome referrals from medical or behavioral health professionals, community organizations, and other care coordinators.
