Program Overview

Alyssa's Place champions recovery for individuals by providing peer support, education, and a community where shared experiences can inspire hope and bring about transformative change.

Alyssa’s Place is governed solely by peer members. The peer participatory model of recovery has proven effective and fills a void that currently exists in the process of sustaining recovery after clinical treatment. Alyssa’s Place offers a variety of groups for recovery support, personal enrichment, and community education, as well as sober activities and events.

Our program employs both paid staff and volunteers who are people in recovery themselves or allies of those overcoming addiction.
